From 17th to 18th of April, 2015, our company has invited Neville-Clarke (Beijing) Management Consultation Co., Ltd to give us a training on FEMA (Potential Failure Mode) in
the plant. The leaders, principals of each department, branch factory and workshop, as well as the key staffs of
the group participated in this activity.
The subject of this training is to identify and remove the potential hazards using FEMA technology. During the
training, teachers maintained a good interaction with the students, answered various questions raised by the
students and conducted an exam to the students at the end of the training.
